Taste our handmade cured meats and learn everything about their preparation, their history and their place in Cretan tradition and local cuisine, from Manolis Kassakis, a 4th generation charcutier.

Enjoy a plentiful charcuterie board filled with traditional Cretan cured meats, accompanied by Cretan wine and seasonal appetizers, served as in a traditional Cretan “kafenio”.
